摘要
我国劳动力供大于求的矛盾长期存在。中专生 ,学历层次低 ,接受教育的时间短 ,实践经验不足 ,素质不高 ,就业的劣势不言而喻。在班主任工作中 ,通过各种方式和途径 ,帮助学生做好就业前的准备工作 ,激励学生不断提高学历 ,造就自我 。
There have long existed the contradiction of more labor force but less demand in China. It is self-evident that students from secondary training schools, with a low educational background, a short time of education, insufficient practical experience, will find the situation for their employment unfavorable. It is of great importance for the class director to try various means and channels in preparing them for employment, or encouraging them to work for a higher educational background to qualify themselves for employment.
