摘要
国有企业经营管理者监督机制是现代企业制度的重要组成部分。本文分析了转轨时期我国国有企业经营者监督机制存在的问题 ,并提出国有企业监督的具体构建模式。
Supervisory mechanism for manager of state-owned enterprise is an important section of modern enterprise institution.The paper analyzes its problems during the period of the economic system reformation,and put foreword an actualizing mode.
