摘要
本文从新制度学派的一般理论和基本概念入手 ,概略介绍了该学派与我国经济改革关系比较密切的观点。并借鉴这些内容 ,从三个方面分析了我国政府在当前经济体制改革中的作用 :1、建立适合市场经济发展的产权结构 ;2、建立法律规范 ,为市场经济发展建立制度环境 ;3、倡导并推动新道德和新观念的形成 ,为市场经济的健康发展提供精神动力和舆论支持。
The author demonstrates that the government should play such roles in the development of market economy at present in three aspects:1)establish suitable structure of title;2)found laws and regulations as an institutional environment;3)initiate and promote the formation of new morality and new ideology in the purpose of providing heathy intellectual impetus as well as public opinions for the sound development of market economy.
