摘要
本文讨论了三个相互联系的问题 ,基本观点是 :1 中文“金融”与西方文字Finance涵盖的范围并非全然等同 ,而且两者均各有不同口径。应正视这一客观现实 ,把握不同用法的含意。2 按通常理解的金融口径 ,金融学学科体系应大体分为 :宏观金融分析和微观金融分析 ;微观金融分析有两大分支 :金融市场分析和金融中介分析 ;在金融市场与金融中介分析之下是技术层面和管理层面的学科。至于具体教程的设计 ,应以国内外现有的课程作为出发点 ;并应鼓励不同的设计方案在教学研究实践中相互推动。其中的紧迫任务之一是关于金融中介经济学的建设。3 金融专业的建设 ,应处理好学生培养与组织教师队伍、本科教学与研究生教学、一般要求与发挥特长、办出特色等诸多方面之间的关系。
Three interrelated questions are discussed in this paper, the basic points being: 1.The Chinese term “jinrong” and the English one “finance” are not all the same in meaning coverage and either has its own specifications, we should, therefore, look this reality in the face and have a good command of their different implications.2.In terms of general understanding, the discipline system of 'jinrongxue' should be divided roughly into two: macro-financial analysis and micro-financial analysis, the micra one having two branches: financial market analysis and financial intermediary analysis, under which are the disciplines at technology and management level. As for the design of specific teaching procedure, the existing courses at home and abroad should be taken as a starting point, and different schemes should be encouraged so as to push forward the teaching research practice. One of the urgent tasks is the building of financial intermediary economics.3.In the building of the specialty of finance, well-handled should be so many relations between students training and the construction of a contingent of teachers, undergraduate education and postgraduate education, general requirements and scope-giving to a special point, etc..
