摘要
总结了 10年来长乐筹东土壤氡气 (土氡 )观测点所测得的 9个 3 6级以上地震的土氡前兆异常特征 ,表明土氡异常具有预报意义。同时着重分析了 1999年 9月 2 1日台湾南投Ms7 6级地震前该测点 4~ 6月间的土氡异常特征 ,据此在 1999年的半年度会商中提出预报意见。并介绍了 7月后该测点的土氡变化特征 ,认为7~ 9月间测值的变化是由于降雨过多引起的。
It summarized the characteristics of soil radon precursory anomalies, which were observed in 9 earthquakes(M≥3.6) in Choudong, Changle city for last 10 years. The results show that the anomaly of soil radon is of significance in predicting earthquake. Simultaneously, the anomalous characteristics of soil radon from April to June, 1999 before the Nantou Ms7.6 earthquake on September 21, 1999 in Taiwan was specially analyed. The author brought out the prediction on basis of above opinions. The characteristics of variation of soil radon after July, 1999 was introduced. The change of soil radon observation values from July to September 1999 resulted from excessive rainfall during this period.
