摘要
目的 观察涤痰活血中药治疗动脉粥样硬化性椎 -基底动脉缺血 (ASVBI)的临床疗效 ,探讨其机理。方法 将80例患者随机分成西药治疗组 (低分子右旋糖酐 +西比灵 )和中药治疗组 (川芎嗪 +半夏天麻白术汤加减 ) ,检测治疗前后经颅多普勒 (TCD)及单氨氧化酶 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,并观察临床症状的改善。结果 中药治疗组与西药治疗组相比 ,近期临床症状改善相当 ,但中药组痊愈率明显高于西药组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,TCD及 MDA、SOD变化的差异有显著性。结论 涤痰活血中药有清除自由基的作用 ,能有效地改善患者生活质量及脑部缺血。
objective To observe the effective of washing sputum and vivid blood traditional Chinese medicine treating ASVBI ,Also probe into it's mechanism Methods 80 cases are classified into two groups, one is treating by Dextran and Amin Acid Injection and xibiling, another is treating by chuanxiongqin injection and Banxiabaishutianmatang , TCD and MDA,SOD were detected before and after treating ;Improvement of symptom was observed at the same time Result Improvement of symptom in Chinese medicine group corresponds to that of control group.Heal rate of chinese medicine group is higher than that of western medicine(P<0.05) but there is notably difference in TCD,MDA,SOD Conclusion washing sputum and vivid blood traditional Chinese medicine have the effect of clear liberty radix, can improve living quality of patients and it's short of blood, oxygen of brain
