摘要
目的 了解绍兴市区老年人的心理健康状况及相关因素。方法 对 1 1 1 9例老年人用 SCL— 90和 SSRS进行问卷调查并分析。结果 SCL— 90躯体化因子分较常模高 ,其它因子分均较国内常模低 ,躯体化因子分与 SSRS的客观支持分相关性最高 ,呈负相关。结论 绍兴市区老年人心理健康状况较好 。
Objective To know elder's mental health and the related factors in Shaoxing City.Methods 1119 elders were tested and analysed by SCL-90 and SSRS.Results The score of somatization of SCL-90 was higher than normal model,and the others was lower than domestic normal model.The relationship between scores of somatization and objective supports of SSRS is the highest in negative.Conclusions The mental health state of elders in Shaoxing city is well.Improving the support of family and friends is the way of how to ameliorate the mental health state of elders more.
