摘要
从芝麻叶斑病病叶及种子上分离得到一真菌,经鉴定为芝麻链格孢〔Alternaria sesami(Kawamura)Mohanty & Behera〕。通过接种试验,确认该菌为致病菌,并对其进行了生物学特性测定。研究结果表明;该菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发最适温度为25℃菌丝生长对 pH 的适应范围较广;在相对湿度近100%时,孢子萌发快,萌发率高。
Alternaria sesami can cause leaf spot of sesame seriously in Neimonggu.It is showed that opt.Temperature is 25℃ for growth and spore germination of the fungus,and pH range for growth is wide.Spore germination is good at RH 100% and in water.
