摘要
198 1～ 2 0 0 0年 ,全省累计完成人工用材林和工业原料林建设面积 2 0 4万hm2 ,其中 :速丰林基地累计完成 48万hm2 ,建成毛竹丰产基地 40万hm2 ,新开发优良油茶面积 0 .11万hm2 ,发展果树和其它经济林面积 17.7万hm2 。发展的对策措施 :明确发展思路 ,制定宏观规划 ,调整要素配置 ,活化造林机制 ,制定扶持政策 ,促进持续发展。
The whole province have already totally completed construction area of 2040 000hm 2 of man made forest and industry raw material forest from 1981 to 2000,including:the total completion of 480 000hm 2 running forest base.the building of 400 000hm 2 mao bamboo high yield base,the newly exploition of 1100hm 2 fine oil-tea camellia,the development of 177 000hm 2 fruit tree and other economic forest.Developing countermeasure:making clear developing thinking,fomulating macro-control,adjusting disposition of key element,stimulating mechanism of offorestation,formulating policy of support and promoting continued development.
