摘要
目的 探讨松果腺在缺血性脑损伤疾病发病机制中的作用。方法 采用阻断大鼠四条动脉的全脑缺血模型 ,观察缺血 30min及再灌流后的不同时间点松果腺形态结构的变化。结果 松果腺细胞出现肿胀、变性和坏死 ,缺血再灌流后 0和 12小时 ,病变以肿胀为主 ,再灌流 2 4小时后 ,病变以变性和坏死为主。结论 松果腺分泌褪黑素的能力可能受到影响。
Objective:To study the role of pineal gland in the mechanism of cerebral ischemia disease.Method the whole ischemia model was established by blocking rat four arteries,then morphological changes of pineal gland were observed after 30 minutes ischemia and reperfusion in different time phase.Results pinealocyte were found swelling,degeneration and necrosis.After ischemia reperfusion for 0 and 12 hours,pathological change was mainly found swelling;but for 24 hours,mostly degeneration and necrosis.Conclusion The ability that pineal gland excretes melatonin may be affected.
