摘要
目的 :研究洛非西定的合成工艺。方法 :以二氯苯酚和 2 氯丙腈为起始原料 ,经成醚 ,环合和成盐反应三步得到目标化合物。结果 :总收率为 42 .4% ,质量合乎要求。结论
OBJECTIVE:To research the suitable synthetic procedures for lofexidine.METHODS:It was synthesized from 2, 6 dichlorophenol and 2 chloropropinitrile via three steps of etherification, cyclization and salt formation.RESULTS:the total yield was 42.4%, and had good quality. CONCLUSION:The procedure is practical.
