摘要
大规模、随机对照的 临床试验证明,预防性使用ICD治疗可显著降低非持续性室性心动过速等高危病人的猝死风险;对心跳骤停或心室颤动等成功复苏的病人,ICD同样可显著减少心源性死亡;其中获益最大的是基础心脏病严重、心功能明显降低的高危病人。
The large scope, random and placebo control clinical trials showed that: Prophylactic use of Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator(ICD) can significantly decrease the morbidity and mortality of sudden death in the patients with non -sustained ventricular tachycardia. ICD can significantly reduce the cardical mortality of the patients with resuscitative cardiac arrest or ventricular fibrillation too.The
patients with severity heart diease and depress left ventricle function have obviously got benefit from ICD treatment.
