摘要
从主方程出发研究同义颏码子的频率分布。利用碱基突变系数和氨基酸丰废求出了同义密码子的频率分布,并研究了频率分布和物种及进化的关系。
From the solution of master equations of codons the distribution of freequencies of syn- onymous codons is expressed in terms of mutation coefficients and amino acid abundance. The numerical calculation has been done for each duoblet and quartlet. The result of codon frequencies is consistent with the experimental data and it shows a meaningful relation with evolution.
