摘要
本文对半无限媒质覆盖的极性晶体中晶格振动的光学极化模进行严格的理论分析,发现除通常的体横光学模、纵光学模以外,还存在四支类表面光学本征模。进一步导出了膜内屯子与光学声子相互作用的哈密顿量,重点讨论了电子与表面光学声子相互作用的性质。
The optical polarization modes of lattice vibration in a polar film covered by diclectries are discussed in detail. It is shown that there exist four extra branches of surface-like optical (SO) modes, exclusive of the ordinary bulk transverse and longitudinal optical modes. The Hamiltonian of electron-optical phonon interaction is also derived and the elcetron SO phonon interaction is emphatically discussed.
