摘要
文章主要介绍弹力新品种棉涤弹力布的生产过程 ,生产中存在的难题及解决办法 ,重点阐述如何既保持织物的弹力不受损伤 ,又能使工艺条件准确执行 ,如前处理高碱浓退煮工艺和染色高温焙烘工艺 ,并筛选了合适的染料。
The manufacturing process of polyester-cotton elastic drills and the existing problems and their solutions are briefly introduced. Under the conditions of high concentration of alkali in pretreatment and high temperature curing in dyeing, how to maintain the elasticity of fabric while carrying out the process successfully are mainly introduced. Meanwhile suitable dyes are chosen.
