摘要
分析了 Tencel纤维的纺纱工艺及措施 ,对清花、梳棉工序各部分的速度、隔距进行了大量对比试验 ,通过试验证明 :梳棉机四罗拉剥棉改为单罗拉剥棉 ,生条质量最好 ,粗纱。
The processing on spinning Tencel was analysed.A large number tests were made to show the influence of scutching and carding speed and gauge.By contrast,when four stripper is reformed into one stripper,the quality of sliver is the best.Decrease the delivery speed of drowing frame.Reasonable twist and gauge were adopted in roving and spinning.
