一种减肥茶调节血脂功能的研究 被引量:12

Study on the Function of Adjusting Blood-fat of Weight Reducing Tea

摘要 本减肥茶由荷叶、山楂、决明子等配料精制而成,成人推荐摄入量为0.15g/kg·bw·d。按大鼠脂质代谢紊乱模型法(预防型),实验设阴性对照组、阳性对照组和低、中、高三个剂量组,三剂量组分别按人体推荐量的10、20、30倍,即1.5g/kg、3.0g/kg、4.5g/kg给予受试物。实验结果表明三个剂量组TC和高剂量组的TG均显著低于阳性对照组;与阳性对照组相比,三个剂量组TG与TC的下降幅度及中、高剂量组HDL-C的上升幅度均高于阳性判断标准。由动物试验结果可以判定荷叶减肥茶具有调节血脂的作用。 The weight reducing tea is made from lotus leaf,haw and cassia obtusifolia L.The recommended dosage to adult is 0.15g/kg.bw.d.According to method of lipid metabolism disorder model in rats(preventive type),the experimental rats were divided into negative control group,positive control group and tree groups of different dose.They are low dose group(1 5g/kg),media dose group(3 0g/kg)and high dose group(4 5g/kg),which were ten,twenty and thirty times of the dose recommended to men.The results show that:compared with the positive group,the total cholesterol(TC)content of the three groups of different dose and the total triglyceride(TG)content of high dose group was remarkably lower,compared with the positive control group,the lowering extent of TG and TC in the three groups and the raising extent of high dose group's high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than that of the positive judgment standard.The animal study results indicated that the product was effective on adjusting blood-fat.
