摘要
研究发现葡萄糖淀粉酶(即糖化酶)与α-淀粉酶水解玉米淀粉时的最佳比例为1.8AGU/KNU,干磨玉米淀粉比光滑玉米淀粉和湿磨玉米淀粉水解速度快8~21倍,葡萄糖得率高约4倍。结果表明干磨玉米淀粉协同水解经济可行。
It was found that the optimum ratio of glucoamylase toα amylase for the starch hydrolysis in corn flour was 1 8AGU/KNU,The rate of hydrolysis of starch in dry milled corn was 8~21 times faster than that of waxy maize starch and wet milled corn,and glucose yield was about 4 times higher. The work indicated that the synergistic action process was economical and feasible.
