摘要
精梳涤棉细特纱细节会影响高档织物质量及织造效率 ,经对细节特点及数量走势进行分析 ,认为控制 8cm以下短细节是关键。分析了细节产生原因并提出控制措施 ,控制长细节的产生应主要在并粗工序加强管理 ;控制短细节的产生重点在粗纱、细纱工序 ,要注意粗纱定量、粗纱捻系数。
The quality of high grade fabrics and the efficiency of weaving are influenced by nips of combed polyester/cotton blended yarn The characteristics and the quantity tendency of nips are analyzed Controlling the number of short nips less then 8 cm length is the key The reasons of prodcing nips and controlling measures are analyzed Strengthening the management of drawing and rowing process can control the number of long nips Two procedures of roving and spinning are the emphases of controlling the production of short nips, i e the optimized combination of the parameters of the weight of roving, the twist coefficient of roving and the gauge of rollers etc
