摘要
介绍了一种用单台地震资料,监视台站周围一定区域范围内,小震活动水平的动态变化,预报未来强震发生的方法。该方法经用于1981年来的地震资料检验,乌鲁木齐台单台的强震预报是有效的。文中给出了乌鲁木齐地区Ms≥5.0地震前地震活动性指数的异常指标。
A single - station method for monitoring the dynamic changes of small seismicities and future strong earthquakes within the certain region around the station is introduced in this paper. It has been tested by the single station seismic data since 1981, and proved available in Urumqi station. The abnormal index of seismicity exponent appeared before Ms≥5. 0 earthquakes in Urumqi area is given also.
