摘要
新建成的秦岭Ⅰ线隧道弹性整体道床结构具有良好的弹性特征,改善了轨道受力条件,延长了轨道及道床使用维护周期。文章重点介绍了新研制的专用机具(组合式轨道排架、门式吊机、快速扣件、支承块组装平台)配套的组合式轨道排架法施工工艺、施工过程中的检测技术及质量控制措施,可为同类工程借鉴。
This paper introduces the structure characteristics, construction technique of track-laying stand method, check sequence and quality control of elastically monolithic track bed in No. 1 newly-built tube of the extra-long Qinling Railway Tunnel.
