摘要
针对目前城市道路平面信号控制交叉口的交通拥挤问题 ,提出一种基于仿真手段的交通组织优化方法 。
A new method based on simulation to optimize traffic operation on signalized intersection is developed. The method provides a new way for studying capacity and delay of isolated signalized intersection, then evaluating traffic operation of the intersection.
