公交问路系统是地理信息系统在城市公交管理中的重要应用 ,以可视化界面为乘客提供公交站点、线路的设置和运营信息。输入起讫点 ,系统将自动为乘客提供最佳乘行方案。同时 ,公交规划和管理部门使用本系统可进行公交线路网的调整 。
City public transportation guiding system is one kind of applications of GIS in public transportation management. This system provides the passengers with visual graphic information about bus stops and routes. Given the origin and destination of your Trip, the system will offer the optimum travel solution. On the basis of system running data, public transportation manager can make appropriate adjustment about stops and routes allocation. In addition, with some improvement, it can function as traffic guide with map and vehicle auto navigation system.
