摘要 在介绍船舶维修及检验制度的发展和变迁的基础上，重点分析了推行船舶视情维修和检验的必要性和可行性，指出了目前所存在的问题，提出了相应的对策和建议。 ：Based on development and change for ship-repair and inspection introduced，this paper analyses the necessity and feasibility for ship-maintenance according to situation，points out some existing problems and puts forward ways and suggestions correspondingly.
