摘要
通过对 410 t/h燃煤锅炉在生产中存在的高温腐蚀、负荷调节能力差的原因分析、技术诊断、技术改造,将喷燃器改为浓淡相燃烧器,切实保证在 50%负荷不投油,以及从机理上进一步遏制了高温腐蚀现象的发展,具有一定的经济价值。
By analyzing the reason for high- temperature corrosion and low load- adjustment ability, a lean- rich burner is put into use through technology diagnose and retrofit. After using the lean- rich burner, the boiler can operate at 50% load without auxiliary oil and high temperature corrosion is restrained from the mechanism, which shows great economical effect.
