摘要
研究了以环氧树脂为母体与丙烯酸酯类单体接枝共聚,生成阳离子树脂的反应机理和合成工艺;通过IR和GPC对树脂物性的表征,证实了树脂合成配方和工艺的可靠性。
The reaction mechanism and synthesis technology of acrylate monomers grafting onto epoxy and the synthesis of cationic resins are studied in this paper. Those factors that affect on the synthesis of epoxy - acrylate monomers graft copolymers , such as the species and amount of epoxy, initiator, monomers, organic amine, organic acid, and the range of reaction temper-ature are discussed. The reliability of formulation and synthesis technology and ED process conditions are confirmed via evaluat-ing the properties of cationic resins and film by IR, and GPC.
