摘要
以多羟基化合物合成的树脂为成胶剂,金属有机物为交联剂的PW系列聚糖树脂类堵水剂,配制简单,有一定的选择性,耐地层水冲刷、热稳定性好,无毒、无刺激性。经在胜利油田进行堵水调剖现场应用,注水井经堵调以后见效明显,封堵了造成水窜的高渗透带或大孔道,减少了无功注水,堵水后各油井原强吸水层吸水量明显下降,综合含水率下降30％-40％,弱吸水或不吸水的层段吸水量相对增加,使油水流度比增加。目前,该产品已在山东瑞星生物化工股份有限公司建成500t/a生产装置,经济与社会效益较好。
The PW series polyglucose resin which be used as water-shutoff/profile-modi-fication agent is composed of a kind of gelling agent prepared from polyhydroxy compound and a kind of organic metal crosslinker. The PW agent is free of toxicity and irritation and easy for use. Its laboratory performance is evaluated for its thermal stability, pressure gradient at breakthrough, selectivity in water shutoff, water-plugging efficiency etc. and the results are satisfactory. The field tests performed in injection wells in Shengli oilfield are successful; through modification, the high permeability zones or big channels causing water channeling are plugged, oil production increased and net water content in produced liquid decreased by 30% -40% , the oil-water mobility ratio increased. Now a facility with a capacity of 500t/a has been built in Shandong Ruixing Biochemical Co. , Ltd. . The product has been used in oil field and shows obvious economic and social benefits.
