我国从90年代开始用邻氯甲苯氯化、水解法制邻氯苯甲醛,目前我国该项技术处于世界领先地位,其产品主含量≥99.5％。邻氯苯甲醛是用途广泛的精细化工产品,在农药、医药、染料等行业的年需求量为4000—5000t。现国内有浙江兰溪化工等近10家企业生产,总能力约4000t/a。
o-Chlorobenzaldehyde has been made via chlorination and hydrolysis of o-chlorotoluene in the 1990 's in China. The technology is advanced in the world with the content of o-chlorobenzaldehyde being 99. 5% min, 1 % -2% higher than the highest level in other countries. o-Chlorobenzaldehyde is a fine chemical product which is widely used in pesticide, pharmaceutical and dyestuff industries. The market demand is about 4000t/a in China. There are more than 10 producers in China with the total capacity surpassing 5000t/a.
