摘要
中国已成为世界原料药的主要生产基地之一,维生素类的VC、VE、VB1、VB2、VB6,青霉素及6-APA,7-ACA,对羟基苯甘氨酸、左旋氧氟沙星、德塞美松,可的松等激素药,解热镇痛类药阿斯匹林、扑热息痛,布洛芬及巯甲丙脯酸等已在国内具有相当生产规模,其产量也居世界前三位之列。本文介绍了近年国内重点发展的医药中间体品种,及其技术开发与进展情况。
China has become a major production base of chemical bulk pharmaceuticals in the world. Many products including vitamins such as VC, VE, VB1 , VB2, and VB6, penicillin, 6-APA and 7-ACA, p-hydroxyl phenyl glycine, levofloxacin, dexamethasone and hormones such as cortisone, analgesic-antipyretics such as aspirin, paracetamol bulofen and catopril have formed considerable production scales in China and their outputs hold the first three places in the world. This article introduces the major pharmaceutical intermediates developed domestically and their technical development and advances in recent years.
