摘要
从工艺方面分析了间歇法聚氨酯泡沫保温夹心板中泡沫表面与上层面材之间的气泡、泡沫内部孔洞、垫块附近气泡等各种泡孔形成的原因 ,提出了解决措施。
The technical causes for cavities and bubbles generated in rigid polyurethane foam core during the manufacturing of discontinuous process sandwich panel are analyzed. The cavities appear between the foam surface and upper face material, inner the sandwich foam and near the spacer blocks in the sandwich panel, etc. And the solutions for eliminating and reducing the cavities and bubbles in the foam are given out.
