摘要
将LDAP应用到实际的PC PCIP电话系统Cool Audio呼叫中心的设计中 ,提出了一个基于LDAP的IP电话分布式呼叫中心的设计方案。该方案具有良好的可扩展性、可靠性、高效性等特点。
We apply LDAP to the callcenter design of the practical IP-Phone system Cool-Audio, and present a LDAP-based IP-Phone distributed callcenter design. This design shows the features of good expandability, reliability and efficiency.
