摘要
比较小鼠'足三里'注射 VB_6、VB_(12)安乃近、可乐定及蒸馏水对扭体镇痛作用的影响。穴注 VB_6、VB_(12)、蒸馏水3组间无显著差异(P>0.05),都未见镇痛作用;安乃近穴注,其镇痛作用明显强于 VB_6、VB_(12)、蒸馏水组(P<0.01);而可乐定组镇痛效应又显著优于其余各组(P<0.01)。并比较小鼠'内关'注射戊巴比妥钠、蒸馏水、VB_(12)、单纯刺激'内关'及静注戊巴比妥钠对回苏灵致惊作用的影响。戊巴比妥钠'内关'组与静脉组效应相当,穴注戊巴比妥钠与注射蒸馏水、VB_(12)及单纯刺激'内关'组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。实验结果提示,穴位给药具有药物特异性。
This paper presents the comparative studies of the effects of differentdrugs given to mice by the same acupoint injections,The experimental results showed that there were marked differences of antiwrithing activityby injecting different drugs at 'Zu-San-Li'.Clonidine and analgin gave riseto prominent antiwrithing analgesic effect while vitamin B_(?),vitamin B_(12) anddistilled water had not prominent effect.Clonidine had more potent antiwri-thing analgesic activity than analgin.To study the preventive effect onthe convulsion state caused by dimefline,pentobarbital sodium,distilledwater and vitamin B_(12) were given through 'Nei-Guan' point respectivelly.On purpose to make a comparison,a simple needle stimulation was appliedto that point and pentobarbital sodium was also given intravenously.Theresults revealed that the convulsion suppression effect of acupoint injection ofpentobarbital sodium was equivalent to that of intravenous injection,andthe difference between pentobarbital sodium and distilled water,vitamin B_(12)and simple needle stimulation was significant (P<0.01).All the results presented here indicate that there is drug specificity ofacupoint injected drugs just as seen in convention routes of administration.
