工程监理是对工程建设有关活动的全过程监督 ,它要求监理人员有较高的业务水平和思想素质。本文深入探讨了如何提高监理人员素质 ,保证监理工作质量的问题。
Engineering superintendence,that is a whole course superintendence for activities relevant to the engineering construction,requires superintendents have higher professional qualification and moral quality.This paper makes further exploration of how to increase superintendents' quality and ensure superintendence's quality.
