摘要
为研究辉光放电钎焊对材料的适应性 ,对几种常用的黑色金属和有色金属进行了辉光钎焊。实验证明 :采用合适的钎焊工艺 ,选择合适的钎料可以获得高质量的钎焊接头 ,利用辉光放电可实现钎焊的快速加热及工件的阴极净化。
In order to study on the adaptability of glow-discharge soldering for materials,several common ferrous and non-ferrous metals are welded by using glow-discharge soldering.The tests show that high-quality soldered fittings can be obtained by applying suitable soldering process and brazing filler metal,and flash heat and cathode purification of soldering can be realized by using glow-discharge.
