摘要
数字图书馆是 2 1世纪图书馆发展的方向和主流。本文论述了数字图书馆的概念及建立数字图书馆的意义 ,阐述了建立和发展数字图书馆所需要的数字信息源、计算机通讯网络环境、技术基础、馆员素质等要素。
Digitalization is the direction and main trend of the development of the library in 21 st century. This paper discusses the concepr of digital library and the significance of its establishinent, expounds the digital information resources, computer communication network environment, technological foundation,liberarians quality and other key elements required by the construction and development of digital library.
