摘要
用透射电镜对吡喹酮作用后的滴虫及正常滴虫超微结构进行比较研究。经吡喹酮(2mg/ml)作用2小时,可见虫体质膜突起消失,胞质、核质、粗面内质网、密颗粒等胞器逐渐溶解消失,胞质变性,形成若干空白区,最终质膜断裂,虫体崩溃。正常滴虫的超微结构与前人观察结果基本一致,对密颗粒的超微结构有新的发现;对基染色杆与副基纤维进行了鉴别;胞质中有类线粒体结构。
The ultrastructural changes of Trichomonas vaginalis treated in vitro with praziquantel(2mg/ml)were studied under the TEM.At first the processes on the plasma membrane disappeared.The cytoplasm,nucleoplasm,rough endop- lasmic reticulum,dense granules etc.were gradually dissolved and disappeared. The costa,flagella and accessory filament disappeared later.At last the plasma membrane of the worm dissolved and the worm collapsed. It is indicated that praziquantel has a direct distructive effect on this parasite. In the normal worm there are some similar mitochondrial structures in the cytoplasm.The present paper first reports that there are several electron dense ring structures like the mouth or urn on the membrane of the dense granules.
