摘要
本文报道了81例巢卵瘤样病变的超声诊断,81例均经手术病理证实或 B 超随访证实,B 超诊断与最后诊断符合的73例(90.1%),不符的8例(9.9%)。文中描述了卵巢瘤样病变的声象图特征,讨论了卵巢瘤样病变病种间的鉴别诊断,提出了 B 超随访对卵巢瘤样病变的鉴别、卵巢肿瘤早期诊断和及时治疗的价值。
The present article reports the ultrasonic diagnoses of ovarioncoid lesions in 81 cases.All of them were confirmed either by operations,pathology or by ultrasonic follow-ups.Among the 81 cases,73 tallied with the final diagnoses(90.1%); 8 showed some differences(9.9%).The article describes the acoustic image features of ovarioncoid lesions and discusses its differential diagnoses.And the value of ultrasonic follow-ups to the differentiation of ovarionco id lessions,its early diag- nosis and prompt treatment is therefore brought out.
