摘要
目前全国共有钻机1000台左右,平均新度系数仅为0.4,4000m以上的大型钻机多,1000～3000m轻型钻机少,电动钻机少,大部分钻机的技术性能与国际先进水平有一定差距,不适应国际钻机市场对钻机的要求。美国钻机制造技术处于国际领先水平,钻机主要采用电驱动和顶部驱动装置,模块化、轻型车载或拖挂式广泛使用。今后钻机发展趋向于多样化、小型化和安全性。中国钻井装备要想参与国际市场竞争,必须尽快研制适应国内外市场竞争的轻型钻机,应具有高度模块化、移运性能好、功能实用、工作可靠、操作简便、自动化程度高、工人劳动强度小等特点。国内生产厂家要严格按照API规范进行设计和制造,自主设计与引进消化相结合,保持整机的先进水平和价格优势,参与国际竞争。
et al There are totally about 1000rigs in operation in Chi-na at present with an average annual coefficient of 0.4.Most of them are4000m large rigs or larger rigs,while the number of portable rigs and electrical rigs are small.The technical features of most rigs lag behind the interna-tional advanced level and cannot meet the requirements of international rig market to rigs.Rig manufacturing technolo-gies in America are the most advanced in the world.Elec-trical drive and top drive devices are the main driving mode.Modularized rigs,traction type truck-mounted rigs and trailer-mounted rigs are widely used.The development trend of rigs is diversification,miniaturization and safety.To be competent in international rig market,China should manufacture portable drilling equipments that are highly modularized,practical,easy to operate and highly automa-tized.Manufacturers should strictly follow API SPEC.
