摘要
在简述将常规四杆机构改造成瓦特链六杆机构的设计原理和目标的基础上 ,论述了瓦特链六杆机构优化设计方法 ,即用作图法确定六杆机构杆长l5~l8的尺寸和串接角 jγ的大小 ,并进行机构运动分析。将CYJ10— 3— 2 6B游梁式抽油机改造成瓦特链六杆机构的一组优化设计实例表明 ,改造后输出杆的线速度与原抽油机基本相同 ,线加速度比原抽油机略增大 ,动特性较好 ,满足实际需要 ;改造后输出杆的摆角为 4 4 4 2°,是原抽油机的 4倍 。
Based on design criterion and aim of modifying four-bar linkage into Watt chain six-bar linkage,the optimum design method for Watt chain six-bar linkage is expounded.The length of connecting rods and connecting angle between the two four-bar linkages are determined by graphical construction.And movement of the mechanism is analyzed.An example of optimization of a beam pumping unit shows that,after modification,the linear velocity of the output connecting rod is not changed,and the linear acceleration is increased a little,alsothe swing angle of the input connecting rod is 44.42°,4 times of that of the previous pumping unit,therefore the stroke of the modified pumping unit is increased greatly.
