摘要
介绍中德合资北京中堡润滑油有限公司粘度指数改进剂SHL 6 15的生产工艺及采用该工艺的 15 0 0t/a装置所产粘度指数改进剂的性能。生产的粘度指数改进剂可以调制 10W/ 30、15W/ 40SF/CC、SF/CD级内燃机油 ,调制的油品具有良好的剪切安定性和增稠能力 ,低温性能也能达到指标要求。产品性能与国内外同类产品质量相当。
The production process of a viscosity index improver SHL 615 with a unit capacity of 1 500 t/a in a joint venture Beijing Zhangbao Lube Oil Company was introduced. The produced viscosity index improver has been used for blending engine oils of 10W/30, 15W/40, SF/CC and SF/CD. After adding the said improver, the engine oils performed good shearing stability and thickening ability as well as low temperature property. The product quality was equivalent to the similar product in world market.
