摘要
在茂名石油化工公司炼油厂污水处理场进行了新配方复合絮凝剂的工业应用试验 ,结果表明 ,选用由丙烯酰胺与含胺基团单体共聚而得到的阳离子型有机高分子絮凝剂ZDMC和无机PAFC组成的复合絮凝剂 ,当投加量为 (10 +2 0 )mg/L ,是原药剂PAFC用量的 6 5 %时 ,浮选池出水石油类和COD的去除率各提高 5 %左右 ;当投加量为 (5 +2 0 )mg/L ,是PAFC的 5 4%时 ,处理效果相当 ;两种情况下浮渣的生成量均可减少 2 6 .2 % ,而且投药成本和废渣处理费用都有所下降。
A new formulated complex flocculent (ZDMC) was applied for treating oily waster water in Maoming Refinery. The complex flocculant was composed of organic ZDMC and inorganic PAFC flocculants. At a complex flocculant dosage of 54% of that of the originally used PAFC flocculant, the treating effect was equal to the original; at a dosage increased to 65% of that of the original, the floatation oil and the removal rate of COD were both increased by around 5% comparing with the originals.The sludge reduced about 26% in both cases, and the treating cost was dropped down.
