摘要
荆门石油化工总厂催化重整装置在处理能力提高 1.5倍时 ,原料的预加氢选用了RS 1催化剂。工业应用结果表明 :在氢分压 1.8MPa ,反应温度 2 85℃ ,氢油体积比 180~ 2 0 0及体积空速3 .8~ 3 .9h-1的工艺条件下 ,采用RS 1催化剂对掺炼 5 %~ 35 %加氢焦化汽油的重整料进行预加氢 ,可确保精制油硫、氮含量均小于 0 .5 μg/g ,满足重整反应进料的要求。
RS 1 catalyst has been used in a capacity expanded 250kt/a reformer for pretreating feedstock blended with coker naphtha at Jingmen Petrochemical corporation. The commercial hydro pretreating running showed that at a hydrogen partial pressure of 1.8MPa, a reaction temperature of 285℃, a hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 180-200 and a volume space velocity of 3.8-3.9h -1 , treating a feedstock blended with 5%-35% hydrotreated coker naphtha resulted in a refined oil containing both sulfur and nitrogen less than 0.5μg/g, which fulfilled the demand of reformer feedstock. The catalyst life test carried out in laboratory exhibited that RS 1 catalyst possessed both good activity and stability.
