摘要
3976催化剂是为适应现有加氢裂化装置扩能改造的需要而开发的一种高抗氮、高生产灵活性加氢裂化催化剂。该催化剂在具有高活性、高生产灵活性的同时 ,还具有优异的抗氮性能 ,在精制油氮含量 2 0~ 5 0 μg/g的条件下 ,不仅活性高 ,而且稳定性好 ,甚至在精制油氮含量 80~10 0 μg/g的条件下也能稳定运转。 3976催化剂应用试验结果表明 ,该催化剂能够满足现有加氢裂化装置扩能改造的需要 ,可以在扩能改造后的加氢裂化装置上使用。
Catalyst 3976 is a hydrocracking catalyst with high production flexibility and high nitrogen tolerance developed for capacity expansion of hydrocracking units. The catalyst not only showed high activity and production flexibility but also exhibited good nitrogen tolerance simultaneously. High activity and stability were demonstrated at nitrogen content of 20-50μg/g and even up to 80-100μg/g in refined oil. The application results indicated that the catalyst met the requirement for capacity expansion of hydrocracking units and can be used in revamped existing units.
