摘要
以二嵌段或多嵌段聚醚为原料 ,在催化剂作用下 ,与马来酐反应 ,引入双键基团 ,然后 ,利用所得酯化产物的双亲特性 ,在水溶性引发剂存在下与丙烯酸酯进行无皂乳液聚合 ,形成最后产物。实验考察了酯化温度、共聚单体量、加料速率和方式等对破乳性能的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。得到的破乳剂具有用量少 。
The twoblock or multiblock EOPO polyether were esterified by maleic anhydride to introduce functional groups with double bond. Then, the esterification products with hydrophilelypophile properties were copolymerized acrylate by noemulsifier emulsion polymerization to obtain final products. The effects of esterification temperature, feed rate and method on demulsifying results were investigated. The obtained demulsifiers have advantages of small additional amounts, low demulsifying temperature and low oil content in separatedoff water.
