摘要
近年来肺炎之感染源日趋复杂,一些罕见的新病源相继出现和耐药菌种增加,使一些原来有效的抗生素治疗常遭挫折,我们临床实践中体会到中医或中西医结合治疗肺炎可能是一条值得推广的途径。本文回顾了1982年以来我院内科住院的肺炎患者96例,对其病情、中医辨证及治疗效果做一些分析,并结合有关文献提出管见,供同道参考。
This paper deals with the clinical features, prognosis and chest x—ray examinations in 96 in patients with pneumonia. They were divided into four types; 62 cases (62. 5%) of the type of stagnation of phlegm — heat in the lung (SPHL),31 cases (32. 3%) of the type of wind —heat invading the lung (WHIL),4 cases (4. 2%) of the type of Heat enveloped by cold (HEC) ,and 1 case(1%) of the type of exhaustion of health — energy the principle of treatment was to use the decoction of Ephedra, Aspricot Kernel. Gypsum and licorice with Reed Rhizame decoction to treat SPHL type ; use the powder of loniceraand Forsythia to treat WHIL type ; use the AspricotKernel and perilla powder plus Gypsum or the decoction of Ephedra, Aspricat Kernel, Gypsum and licorice to treat HEC type and use the Pulse Activating Powder with the decoction of Ginseng and prepared Aconite to treat EHE type .
33 cases only receved TCM therapy and 66 cases received additional western medicine therapy. There was, However, no significant difference in the severity of disease and the therapeutic effect(P>0. 05) bewteen the two groups.
Comprehensive analysis of the therapeutic effect of pneumonia treated by TCM and combination of TCM with western medicine (WM) reported elsewhere and 96 cases presented by this paper shows that the therapeutic effect of TCM is as satisfactory the combination of TCM with WM.
In view of the more and more complicated infectious agents and the increase of drug — fast bacferia strains, it is a good idea to use TCM or combination of TCM with WM to treat pneumonia when the patients fail to respond well to the various antibiotics.
