摘要
石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl)有养胃生津、滋阴除热之功效,为通塞脉片的主要药味之一。通塞脉片已广泛用于临床治疗闭塞性脉管炎,取得了非常满意的疗效。为改革剂型,提高疗效,作者对单味石斛进行了药理方面的研究。方法和结果实验用15～18周成年雄性大鼠(Wester-Kyoto),体重250±35g(n=24),按McGregor法制备肠系膜动脉血管,放入37℃恒温水浴槽中。
This experiment studys the effects of Dendrobium Nobile Lindl on the Wester rat mesenteric arteries. The author used 3. 4×10^(-3)gDNL decoction, whose IC50 is 1.22±1.31×10^(-3)g, which has obvious agonistic action to the Phenylephrine contracting blood vessel. When the 10^(-4)g consistency of DNL decoction is present, the action to contract blood vessel of Phenylephrine and 5-HT is also markedly reduced. And perfusion pressure decreasses by 77.7 percent. The difference, compared with the Control, is significant. The result of the experiment confirmed that DNL decoction has the action of contracting the rat mesenteric ayteries.
