摘要
实验在35只家兔上进行,将家兔分成针剌组、妥拉苏林+针刺组,运用RM-45型生理记录仪及光电记滴器记录了尿量及输尿管运动,观察了单纯针刺双侧“三阴交”、“照海”穴及注射妥拉苏林和心得安后针刺对肾泌尿量的影响,结果表明:针刺对肾泌尿量的影响是通过α受体而发生作用,针刺对输尿管运动的影响,可能是同时通过二种受体而发生作用。
After injecting propranolol and tolazolini,the effect of acupuncture of bilateral“Zhaohai”and “Sanyinjiao”on the volume of urine and ureter movemet was studied in 35 rabbits. The results are summarized as follows 1.Acupuncture obviously increased volume of urine and ureter movement. 2.After injecting tolazolini,the effect of acupucture on volume of urine were withdrawn,but the ef- fect on ureter movement persisted. 3.After injecting propranolol,all effects of acupuncture on both volume of urinc and ureter movement existed. it is suggested that the acupuncture effect on volume of urine may be mediated by α receptor,the ef- feet on ureter movement may be mediated by both α and β receptors at the same times.
