摘要
构造虚拟企业是为了开发市场需要的产品而分享各合作伙伴所具有的核心资源。若能成功地重构一个虚拟企业 ,须事先确定各合作伙伴所起的作用。本文讨论虚拟企业重构中任务分配的问题 ,给出了一种面向核心资源的任务划分方法。在任务间的关系和核心任务的基础上 ,将非核心任务并到核心任务中 ,从而形成若干个任务组 ,且每个任务组需要一种核心资源。因此 ,每个任务组可分配给一个合作伙伴完成 ,为合作伙伴奠定基础。
In creating a virtual enterprise for a business opportunity, the partners can be searched through the communication infrastructure to share the core resources owned by the partners. In order to be successful in restructuring a virtual enterprise, the role for each potential partner to play must be appropriately determined in advance. The problem of task assignment is discussed and a core resource-oriented method is presented. The activities and their relationship are described, and core activities are identified. Based on the relationship of the activities, the non-core activities are attached to the core activities so that each group of activities requires one type of core resources. Thus, each partner can perform the tasks of one or more group.
