摘要
通过对103例慢性肾病患者的血脂及脂蛋白水平分析,观察到该病西医分型和中医辨证各证型的脂代谢紊乱特点。提示重视对高脂血疟、高脂蛋白血疟的中医辨证治疗,是开拓慢性肾病治疗途径,提高疗效的重要一环。
By analysing blook-lipid and lipoprotein levcl of 103 patients who suffer from Chronic renal dis cases,the author points out the Characteristies of lipomctabolic disorder of these diseases of different types in Chinese and Western Medicine,considering that the kidney deficiency is the base of the disorder.A new way to treat Chronic renal diseases is to tonify the kidney as well as eliminating dampness,resolving phlegm and removing stasis.
