摘要
国有企业改革是我国经济改革的核心环节。国企改革已进入攻坚阶段 ,需要我们从宏观和微观两个层面去认识和把握它 ,特别是要对国有经济进行科学定位 ,通盘考虑 。
The reform of state-owned enterprise is the centre of economic reform in China.It has already gone into the critical stage.It must be understood and dealt with generally and specifically.Especially state economy should be located scientifically,Considered wholly and advanced entirely.
